Gutter Cleaning, Roof Inspection + a Reminder

Dear Mayfair Lane residents,

Please be aware that the gutter cleaning (front and back) and roof inspection will be occurring this Wednesday, June 26, 2024, commencing at noon.

Also, a friendly reminder: Please do not walk atop the upper Lane; construction work is still underway. Once TRM advises us that it can be walked upon, we’ll let you know. But we ask that you (and any guests or tenants) please do not enter the upper Lane until further notice.

Happy summer to all! We’ll provide further updates on the Lane restoration project as we receive them.
