Notice: Recyclables & Update on Gutter Cleaning/Roof Inspection

Dear Mayfair Lane homeowners and tenants,
Just a friendly note about two things:
Due to the weather, the roof-inspection/gutter-cleaning crew will be working on Mayfair Lane on Saturday, June 29, at 8 a.m. instead of today.
A quick reminder: Individual households are responsible for their own recycling. Therefore, recyclables (other than large boxes, flattened) should not be placed in the front trash closet. If you place your recyclables in the front trash closet, they take up too much space. Plus, placing recyclables there creates extra work for our handyman, Rick, who inevitably has to tidy spilled recycling items AND bring items to the curb sans a green bin (or place items in trash bins). So, if you have items to recycle, please place them in your green recycling receptacles, not in the front trash closet.
