Updates: Car Break-Ins & Trash/Recycling

Dear Mayfair Lane residents,

Please be aware of the following updates:

Car Break-Ins

It has been brought to our attention that a resident had their vehicle broken into early in the morning (around 3 a.m.) on January 24. Unfortunately, the perpetrator rifled through the vehicle’s interior and stole cash and sunglasses. Additionally, the perpetrator rifled through another household’s vehicle. With this in mind, please be vigilant and ensure that all doors are locked — on your vehicle(s) and house — and activate any security systems you may have.

Trash and Recycling

Although garbage and recycling pickup was delayed last week due to the frigid temperatures, the city will resume pickup as usual on January 29. Therefore, unless you have already retrieved it, your green recycling bin is currently in the eastern vomitory near the entrance of Mayfair Lane. Please feel free to either leave or retrieve your bin.
