Lane-Repair Project Begins April 24, 2023
Dear Mayfair Lane homeowners,
This past weekend, the Mayfair Lane Board passed a resolution authorizing us to finalize the construction contract with TRM and commence work on the Lane repair project. TRM has advised us that initial site work will begin the week of April 24, 2023.
To assist with planning and understanding the logistics of this project, a representative from TRM will be holding a question and answer session this coming Tuesday, April 18th at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will be held via Zoom. All neighbors, including tenants, are strongly encouraged to attend. Neighbors are also welcome to submit questions in advance via the Board’s email account.
If you cannot attend, you can find information communicated during the meeting on this website. Throughout the entire repair process, we will share regular updates with you via email, text message, and this website.
Further, during construction, the Board will hold meetings every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. via Zoom. All homeowners are welcome to attend these meetings to stay informed on the construction progress.
Please be advised that project leaders from TRM and their subcontractors will be at Mayfair Lane over the coming days to walk through the project and finalize their construction schedule and project logistics. We will convey this information to you as soon as provided, including updates on the construction timeline, the various repair-work phases, upper- or lower-Lane closures, parking disruptions, and other interferences.

As a reminder, the Lane-wide Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 2nd at 6:30 p.m. on Zoom.
