Reminder: Lane-Wide Meeting for Homeowners is 4/29/24

Dear Mayfair Lane homeowners,

The annual lane-wide meeting for Mayfair Lane will be Monday, April 29, at 6:30 p.m.

The election of Board members occurs at the annual meeting. The nominating committee has confirmed the following nominees for the 2024 Board election: Lindsay M., Amy V., and Rebecca M. The nominating committee has also confirmed two candidates to fill the two empty seats. Jeff P. is the candidate to fill the empty seat that went unfilled in the 2023 election; that seat’s term ends in 2026. Bob S. is the candidate to fill the seat of Mike C., who resigned from the Board in August; that seat’s term ends in 2025. Nominations will also be accepted from the floor during the annual meeting.

A reminder: Per the Mayfair Lane bylaws, those who are not current on their quarterly or special assessments are not permitted to vote in the Board election.

The annual lane-wide meeting will be held virtually, via Zoom. Check your email for Zoom info. Also, minutes can be found here.
