Front Section: Concrete Demo Work Begins on July 27

Dear neighbors,

The concrete demolition for section 2 is already nearing completion. The subcontractors will be moving the fences from section 2 to section 1 (front section) tomorrow, July 27, 2023.

If you live in the front section and still have a car parked in your garage, please remove it by 6 a.m. tomorrow. If your car isn’t out of the garage by 6 a.m., you will not be able to remove your car from your garage for potentially a number of weeks.

Steel workers will begin review/repair of the steel on section 3 starting tomorrow, July 27.

For your safety, please do not walk down the center (on the asphalt) of the lower Lane. Instead, please continue to walk on the sidewalks of the lower Lane.

Unless it’s an emergency, do not enter any section of the upper Lane. The concrete may actually be more unstable than it appears.

Parking is still banned on the lower Lane. Neighbors who need accommodations (and some do, so please respect this) can contact our Construction Manager, Lou, using the contact info in the email we sent on July 26, 2023.
