Dear neighbors,

We’re sorry to report a terrible incident that occurred on July 25: A burglar entered #2 Mayfair Lane around 10:20 a.m. and spent approximately 15 minutes stealing valuables inside.

This individual was caught on an indoor security camera; we sent a photo via email to all residents. If you have seen this person on Mayfair Lane, please let Andres know (his contact info is in the Mayfair Lane directory, which was sent to all residents), as he is communicating with detectives about the matter.

The burglar has been seen on the lower Lane multiple times in the past. With this in mind, please be vigilant, ensuring that your house and car doors are locked and any security systems are activated.
