Avoid Engaging with Subcontractors & Parking in Contractor Space

A sign says "information"

May 4, 2023

Dear Mayfair Lane neighbors,

We have two important requests for you:

1. Please direct questions to official representatives

As the weather clears up, you will see more subcontractors on the Lane beginning work on the restoration project. We would like to remind all neighbors that any questions regarding the project should be directed to TRM's Construction Manager Lou Cannata.

Lou's contact information can be found in the email we sent on May 4, 2023.

Lou will be more than happy to answer calls/texts/emails related to the project. Individual subcontractors are only aware of a small portion of the total project and will not be able to give fully informed answers; both the subcontracting firms and TRM have requested that neighbors not engage with individual subcontractors for that reason.

You can also always reach out to the Mayfair Lane Board with any questions via the EB Green email account or to Lindsay M., chair of the Quality of Life committee.

2. Please avoid parking in the contractor space

During the restoration project, it is especially important to keep the contractor parking space (between #12 and #14) open. So, if possible, please avoid parking there unless it’s absolutely necessary. If it is necessary, please do not occupy it for more than 30 minutes. As an additional reminder: The turnarounds are not for parking.

Respectfully,
Your Mayfair Lane Board
